THE MAGIC PILL

That's what we call it.
I hope it can help you or someone you know that has CHRONIC pain like Randy.
You see he has FIBRO.
The doctor prescribed this  PILL
 last week.
He's a new man.
It's MAGIC
Tramadol is a centrally acting SYNTHETIC opioid analgesic used in treating SEVERE PAIN.
The drug has a wide range of applications, including treatment for FIBROMYALGIA, Rheumatoid ARTHRITIS, restless legs syndrome and many more.

It's been a struggle for 4 yrs. now. He never

complains much, but I could tell it was getting

the better part of him. As a family, things change.

You begin to re-think things like vacations, new

 furniture, cars, gardening, shovelling...

Isn't that the truth?
Here's to many more rainbows in our lives.
I wish for pain free days to all of you who suffer from one thing or the other.
I had to share our news about the wonderful relief Randy gets from
THE MAGIC PILL.
P.S. YA THINK I WAS PROMOTING
VIAGRA OR SOMETHING!

LOL ohhhh Claudie ... you know Viagra can cause a heart attack? My daughter had a patient in hospital for that very reason... she asked him "Was it worth it?" and he said "YES" but he died ... wonder if his answer would still be the same....
Happy your Sweetie has found relief and that it isn't Viagra :))

Two weeks ago I was given this Tramadol & it nearly put me in the hospital, I had such a bad reaction. So glad it is working for your hubby.

I'm so glad your hubby is getting some pain relief. I wonder if it helps with back pain from herniated discs? My sweet hubby has been out of work and in the bed all week with back pain. I'll do some research. Thanks for the tip!

And, I'm asking my Dr. about his when I see him in March..... Fibromyalgia and post polio syndrome.....then add in the dang tummy thing. For Pete's sake.......enough already.

Thanks for your dear, sweet note dear one.....

OK I am going to try and comment on anonymous to see if that works this time! You know it's me ~Sherri from Vancouver Canadian friend!! That would be a miracle if the meds continue to work for Randy. Chronic pain is the worst. I have total sympathy for people in pain all the time. I injured my back last year for only about 7 weeks of insane pain. I just can't imagine it never going away or getting better! Really cold here tonight. they think we could have snow here this weekend. Fun for us as we never get it although the drivers here leave little to be desired. I'm sure you remember that! Again thanks for the vote today. I really appreciate it. Why do I get myself in these things?? LOL!! Love Sherri XOXO

Claudie, I'm so glad this med. is working for Randy. Fibro. is such a cruddy condition to live with....I have a good friend who has it, too, but evidentially not as bad as Randy. It's so hard to stay upbeat all of the time when pain is constantly there...plus the feeling of tiredness that goes with this condition, too, is awful.

I was sorry to read of Sister's sister's passing. I hope you stay put, today, however if that weather in your area is still as bad, or worse, than it was. Our temps are gonna be warmer today..but we're gonna be hit by another winter blast tomorrow. At least it's still a whole lot better than normal winter time for us this year.....I can't complain too much.

Time for breakfast.

Have a wood weekend!!!

Good Morning Mrs. Claudie!!!
My sweet hubby has been on Tramadol for years. So I chuckled when I went in to read and post my very first comments on your blog and that was what your post was about...kinda strange hey??? It has worked wonders for my husband so I pray & hope it is your hubby's miracle too!!!

I have thought of you so often Claudie since we met back in Oct and what a wonderful sweet lady you were/are!!! Seeming like my long lost friend from the second I met you ...greeting me with a huge hug...how did you know I was a hugger!!!! Soooo Sweet of YOU!!!
It's nice to keep in touch!!

I will have to tell my friend about your post as she is going through tests for rheumatoid arthritis next week. I'm so glad your husband has found some relief for his pain. You are such a precious couple . . . thank you for your sweet comment.

Claudie dear, I am so glad there is some help for Randy with the pain he has suffered with Fibromyalgia. What ever the drug is I hope it is safe to take. Because of my friend who has that disease, I know how she has suffered. I am going to ask her about that med. Can you take it for your back pain?

I saw your post earlier tonight but it was late and I went to bed. Would you believe I couldn't sleep thinking about your post. I decided to get up and comment and then maybe I will sleep.

We also went to the movie War Horse and that was keeping me awake too. I hate war but it was a good story.

I better try and get some sleep now.
I am so happy to know there is a medicine that can relieve pain for Fibro. Your post is a great bit of information that can help many who didn't now about this medicine. Good job.

I love you dearly,
Jeanne xoxoxo

Hi, Claudie..first, what a striking-looking couple you and your hubbs are!! You are such a gorgeous gal and that white hair makes you look so YOUNG!!!!
I was glad to hear about that med-
ication because I have spent the last eight years or so in constant pain from all kinds of problems with my spine, and all the other evil extras that go along with it. I finally had a SPINAL CORD STIMULATOR inplanted in my left hip with wires entwined between vertebra
and spine to block the pain signals to the brain!!! It helps the lower part of my body so much but alas, not the upper part. I am going to ask my doctor about this med instead of the strong pain meds that make me feel like HELL....I feel sorry for anyone who has this kind of pain...it controls your whole life, and your family's too.
Thanks for sharing...enjoy you post so much...
Hugs, Francy

All best Claudie. Keep warm and have a good evening. Aren't we just so lucky to be having a winter like this one so far?

Hi Claudie…I hope you and hubby had a great time on your "Date"!!!
My husband Todd had back surgery twice now and Tramadol seems to be the only med that works for him the best.
It was his overly competitive nature for the game of golf that did him in and led to the surgeries!!! Needless to say no more golf for Todd and he misses it oh so much.

So I hope it continues to work wonders for you hubby too!!
I hope you have a wonderful day Claudie,
Hugs, Tricia

Ma belle Claudie,

I was awake by 4:00, but I HAD NO MAKEUP ON, MY HAIR WAS NOT BRUSHED, I HAD ON MY HUSBAND'S ROBE...now go figure that.....SHE LOOKED FABULOUS! AND....I am soooooo sad that you never got my box! AHHHHHH!!!!!!!!! I guess what I made and sent you was never meant to be had.

Take heart dear one. January has its blue skies and blue hearts. This is the stuff poetry and other forms of art are made from. Spread your wings and fly to where your heart is calling. LOVE YOU DEAR CLAUDIE. Anita

Oh Claudie,
I got your message that you're missing your mom. I know, sweet friend. Sometimes songs will come on, or foods that I eat (like her delicious enchiladas) or just things that happen in the world reminds me of my mom, and I will think about her and miss her so much. Stay close to your mom, and she will be with you always. I am sending you a BIG HUG today, and know that you are in my thoughts, dear friend.

I'm so glad he finally found something to help him. My husband has terrible Restless Leg, especially after his knee replacement in April. They put him on a Parkinson's Disease medicine which finally let him get some rest. Chronic problems can be so debilitating. I pray that the meds will continue to help.
