SUNDAY MATINEE. BURLESQUE FEVER.

Last night we watched Christina Aguilera's movie

"Burlesque"

wow was I surprised by how amazing this was! Christina makes her debut as Ali, an aspiring singer who moves to
L. A. with the hope of becoming big. She stars along with Cher, Stanley Tucci (one of my fave actors), &
Cam Gigandat, Eric Dane (from Grey's Anatomy), in this Musical Drama.
You've probably seen it on the BIG SCREEN...

RANDY RENTED IT FROM OUR APPLE TV LAST NIGHT.  I LIKED IT SO MUCH THAT WE WATCHED IT AGAIN
JUST NOW.
THE FACT THAT WE DON'T HAVE TO GO TO BLOCKBUSTERS ANYMORE IS A BONUS.

IT'S ONE OF MY FAVOURITE MOVIES RIGHT NOW.
CHRISTINA ROCKS IT LIKE NO OTHER.
I KNEW SHE COULD SING AND DANCE, BUT THIS ONE MAKES MY HEART FLUTTER. NOTE TO SELF:
"STOP FANTASIZING". Watch the movie.

SO CHER IS 64, OK, I KNOW SHE'S HAD MAJOR PLASTIC SURGERY, BUT DAMN SHE LOOKS GREAT. I'M A TAD JEALOUS REALLY. SHE'S 10 YEARS OLDER THAN ME.
IF I CAN LOOK THAT GOOD IN TEN YEARS, THAN BRING IT ON HONEY.

MORE EYE CANDY AH-HUH.

REMEMBER JULIANNE HOUGH FROM DANCING WITH THE STARS? SHE'S THE SWEET GEORGIA IN THIS MOVIE WITH DARK HAIR.

CRANK IT UP LOUD AND SHAKE YOUR BODY TO THIS
HOT NUMBER
THUMBS UP TO BURLESQUE.

SEXY? OH YES.

I'M GOING TO START
" SUNDAY MATINEE".

WE LOVE TO WATCH MOVIES, AND I LOVE TO SHARE WHAT WE LIKE.
COME BY AND SEE WHAT WE'VE BEEN WATCHING WON'T YOU?

Hey girl, I can see you are having a better time blogging with blogspot! I wondered about the movie so I'll have to see it now. I'm back from Florida and the big question is; "why do I live in the arctic?" sheesh!!

Hi Claudie! I haven't seen this movie yet but glad to know you loved it so. We saw Cher in Las Vegas a couple years ago and she was amazing. I know she's been chopped up but it looks good on her. She doesn't look pulled and tucked like so many do.
Be a sweetie,
Shelia ;)

Good morning my darling friend, I bet you are still sleeping. I have been so busy with the garden club getting 50 New yearbooks done. I finished!!! and feel so free. It was over 900 sheets of paper printed. I used Bill's entire ink cartridge and half of his paper stock. I will post about it soon. I actually enjoyed doing it but I am so happy it is done. Yesterday I handed them out at the meeting and everyone loved them. YAY!

I WANT to see this movie. I think Cher is awesome at her age and I like the rest of the cast too. Your review is fantastic. Who wouldn't want to see this movies after reading your review? A Claudie post is always worth seeing. Please don't get the idea you want to quit ever again. I loved Bubblin' Over, but I really LOVE your new blog. Your signature is adorable. "So Claudie." I am so challenged on the computer. Oh well, I get by but I would love to know more. My busy life just doesn't lend itself to fabulous posts. It is always rush, rush, rush, in spades.

Gotta run! HA! See, no time for doing what I really love. Such is my life but I love my life just the same.

Love you too dear Claudie.

I saw that on our movie box channels. I thought I would like it. Glad you gave it a thumbs up, I'll give it a watch. I love Cher. I remember when I was little putting a towel on my head pretending I had her hair flipping it back.. LOL!! Would love to see her in Vegas sometime just even for the costumes. I heard Quebec had a ton of snow. Hopefully you escaped it. Just rain, rain here. Hope all is well. Sherri XO

Well, dang girl....we just watched that the other day too and I LOVED IT. Those gals were sooooo skinny!! I was very envious and felt like a big blob of blubber.

Christina has one BIG voice for that little body, and yeah Cher has had lots of "stuff" done, but she still has that long lean body of hers and I've always been a fan.

My best friend in Utah, her brother is a BIG dance instructor and has been involved in the dance world...(side note, he helped choreograph the Salt Lake Olympics and then again in Greece) anyway, Juliann Hough is from Utah and he KNOWS both her and her brother. I think she is so dang cute.

We get all our shows right off the tv too....just order them and voila (see, french stuff) there they are) best thing ever for us country folk.

love ya

Good morning Claudie, You are right I am the kid in the middle. However, I am not that cute. I laugh at my pics when I was little. Such a funny looking little thing. My sister Diane was the most beautiful little girl. I need to find some pics to share. My little sisters were truly pretty.

I keep forgetting about Asheville. Of course, I will be there. Will you have any time to visit me? We live a bit over an hour away. Bill's sister is coming to visit in August.

Gotta run, The hubs wants breakfast. Then off to work. Yay!

Love you bunches,
Jeanne xoxoxo
